Director of Accounting

We are looking for a Director of Accounting Lead accounting and financial operations for a fast-growing tech & AI company — own financial controls, compliance, reporting and partnerships with external auditors and advisors. Tasks Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and GAAP-compliant reporting.Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll operations and treasury functions.Implement scalable accounting processes and internal controls appropriate for VC-backed / growth-stage companies.Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting and financial strategy.Coordinate audits, tax filing, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. Requirements 8+ years of accounting experience; public accounting, SaaS/tech experience preferred.Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with accounting systems/ERP (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise).Experience leading a finance team and working with external auditors.Excellent analytical skills and a results-oriented approach.
