About the role

The role of Marketing Coordinator at Good Brand is designed for someone who excels in process acumen and digital marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include strategizing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs such as email, events, social media, and content marketing. Additionally, the coordinator will independently coordinate marketing initiatives, manage logistics, client coordination, and procurement of marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Director’s initiatives to strategize, execute, and monitor marketing programs such as email, events, social media, and content marketing.
  • Ensure completion of assigned client projects from creation to creative and delivery.
  • Independently coordinate marketing initiatives, managing logistics, client coordination, and procurement of marketing materials.
  • Oversee marketing automations, including crafting and scheduling email campaigns, launching landing pages, and managing databases.
  • Cook up and execute digital marketing campaigns, handling copy, scheduling, and performance testing.
  • Craft, proofread, and edit copy across various marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive brand voice.
  • Aid in the development and execution of content and social media marketing strategies, including blog management.
  • Continuously assess campaign performance through analysis of key metrics and generate detailed reports.
  • Foster relationships with external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with proficient copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficiency in diverse marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, especially in social, digital, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Capability to work remotely and participate in virtual meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, or equivalent skill level.
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with design automation tools and project management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to translate creative direction into designs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Benefits

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year).
  • Employment Type: This position begins as a 1099 independent contractor role with a defined path to full-time W2 employment based on performance.
  • Schedule: Full-time hours with a Friday flex schedule.
  • Payroll: Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit.
  • Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation annually.

  • Compensation will be based on experience (45k-60k).
