The College is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, creed, age, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, familial status, pregnancy, predisposing genetic characteristics, military status, domestic violence victim status or any other legally protected status. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO statement, the VISA sponsorship line, the Consumer Information link, the inclusive excellence paragraph maybe considered EEO? It's about diversity but not boilerplate? It's more mission statement. Might be considered part of "About the role"? But it's generic. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The inclusive excellence paragraph is not exactly EEO but it's about diversity; might be considered part of mission but could be kept? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The paragraph about commitment to inclusive excellence is similar to EEO but maybe we should remove it as it's boilerplate. Also remove VISA sponsorship line. Remove the Consumer Information link. Remove the "Click here for New York State FT UUP Benefits Summary" maybe that's a link but it's about benefits; we can keep benefits info but not the link? The instruction: remove application instructions. The "Click here for New York State FT UUP Benefits Summary" is a link; maybe we keep the sentence about benefits but drop the link? It says "Click here for New York State FT UUP Benefits Summary". That's an instruction to click; maybe remove that phrase. Keep "The State University of New York offers excellent fringe benefits including health insurance options and retirement plans." That's substantive. Also "Visit our Why Work at FSC page to learn more about FSC and the total rewards we offer." That's application instruction/link; remove. Also "For the first 10 working days, beginning Friday, September 18, 2026, and ending Thursday, October 1, 2026, applications will be limited to UUP Farmingdale." That's application instruction; remove. Also "CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS: Open Until Filled" - application instruction; remove. Also "Posted On: Fri Sep 18 2026" maybe metadata; we can drop minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include location, category, job type, posted date in a short paragraph maybe under an "About the role" section? But we have separate sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. Let's decide sections: - About the role: could include overview of position, reporting, programs, location, job type, etc. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: we have list. - Requirements: we have minimum qualifications. - Qualifications: we have preferred qualifications. - Skills: maybe the knowledge, skills and abilities list (commitment to diversity, interest in student-centered service, desire to apply expertise promoting civic engagement). That could be Skills. - Benefits: we have fringe benefits statement. - Pay: we have salary $80,000 + $4,000 downstate location pay = $84,000. - Schedule: we have occasional evening hours as needed. Also full-time. Could include schedule info. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and appropriate
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Director of Academic and Workforce Development Programs. Could include in About the role. Now we need to decide which sections to include. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (knowledge, skills and abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. All have real content. We must not include empty sections. Now format. We'll produce something like:
