About the role

The Director, Nursing Services assumes 24-hour responsibility for the provision of nursing care in their assigned area(s) and is responsible for the overall quality of care provided in the respective department.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all operations in the department(s)
• Collaborates with other leaders to provide highly reliable care to the patients at Temple University Hospital-Main Campus

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field Required
• Other Graduate of Accredited School Of Nursing Required Or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
• Experience 3 years experience as an RN in a clinical specialty area Required
• 2 Years Experience In a Clinical Leadership Role Preferred

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Required
• PA Registered Nurse License Required
• Multi State Compact RN License Required Or
