Key Responsibilities
- Leverage and partner with Site Leaders and/or Office Managers providing leadership and knowledge to sustain consistencies across the NA office portfolio.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs for each location.
- Provide customer service metrics to Site Leads to ensure excellence in workplace services.
- Cook with internal resources (IT & HR) and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Proven ability to execute functional business plans and contribute to the development of functional goals.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Budget management experience and proven ability to drive decisions guided by functional strategies and priorities.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
