Director - Molecular Science Liaison

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaison (MSL) team
• Develop and implement training and enablement plans for MSLs
• Monitor MSL activities and client interactions
• Serve as a communication channel between the medical community and the company
• Conduct medical education and enhance the company's market awareness
• Attend and support at regional and national medical meetings and conferences
• Promote the company Molecular Intelligence to targeted physician sites

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.D. in biological sciences related to pharmacology or oncology required
• 3+ years of management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative problem-solving ability with independent judgment
• Experience in a commercial environment like Pharmaceuticals or Labs is preferred

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
