We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a Position Summary and Job Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Required Training, Other (driver's license, travel), Annual Hiring Range (Pay), Description Of Benefits, Conditions of Employment (but we should remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc). We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Position Summary: could be "About the role" (or maybe "Position Summary"). - Job Responsibilities: "Responsibilities". - Required Qualifications: "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can combine Required Qualifications under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Probably "Qualifications" for required, and maybe "Preferred Qualifications" could be under same or separate? But we should avoid thin sections. Could combine Required and Preferred under "Qualifications" with subpoints? But we must use
  • for list. Could have two lists: Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications under same heading? Might be okay to have separate headings but risk thin. Better to have one "Qualifications" section containing both required and preferred as separate lists with headings inside? But we cannot add extra headings beyond

    . Could use

to label inside. Simplify: Use "Qualifications" heading, then

    for required qualifications list, then

for preferred qualifications list. - Required Training: could be under "Training" but not in allowed headings list; we could fold into Qualifications or maybe "Requirements". Probably include as part of Qualifications. - Other: driver's license, travel - could be under "Requirements" as a bullet. - Pay: Annual Hiring Range $190,000 - $210,000. So we need a Pay section. - Benefits: Description Of Benefits section. - Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. - Skills: maybe include under Qualifications or separate Skills section. Could create Skills section for interpersonal, Microsoft Office, etc. But we have many skill-like items in Preferred Qualifications. Could create a Skills section. We must not create sections with filler text. Ensure we have real content. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove Conditions of Employment? It includes pre-employment process etc. Might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive? It's about background check etc. Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of job description. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Conditions of Employment includes pre-employment process etc. Might be considered legal boilerplate but it's specific to the job. However it's fairly standard. Safer to omit? The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. Conditions of Employment is legal. So omit. Also remove "This job description reflects management’s assignment..." etc. Thus we keep: Position Summary, Job Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Required Training, Other (driver's license, travel), Pay, Benefits. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can assign: - About the role: Position Summary. - Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities. - Requirements: Required Qualifications + Required Training + Other (driver's license, travel) maybe. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications? Or we could treat Required as Requirements and Preferred as Qualifications. But we also have Skills separate. Better: Use Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications, Skills for skill-based items (like interpersonal, Microsoft Office, drive for results, communication, teamwork, customer service focus). However many of those are in Preferred Qualifications list. Could split. But we must avoid thin sections. Let's see content: Required Qualifications: Ph.D., PharmD, or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology or equivalent training and experience required. 3+ years of management experience. Required Training: All job specific, safety, and compliance training are assigned based on the job functions associated with this employee. Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly. That's three items; could be a list under Requirements. Preferred Qualifications list includes many items: Prior experience in a commercial atmosphere such as Pharmaceuticals or Commercial Lab space a plus. Prior field experience working with customers and/or sales organization a plus. Ability to think creatively and initiate new ideas or solutions to business issues. Independence of thought and sound judgment relating to business needs. Demonstrated commitment, self-motivation, and drive. Possess strong interpersonal skills. Self-starter, ability to work in a fast-past, competing deadline driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet for business use. Drive for Results (Service, Quality, and Continuous Improvement) - Ensure procedures and processes are in place that lead to delivery of quality results and continually reassess their effectiveness to achieve continuous improvement. Communication - Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to share and receive information and ideas from all levels of the organization in order to achieve the desired results. Teamwork - Commitment to the successful achievement of team and organizational goals through a desire to participate with and help other members of the team. Customer Service Focus - Demonstrate a focus on listening to and understanding client/customer needs and then satisfying the client/customer by exceeding service and quality expectations. These are more like skills/competencies. Could put them under Skills section. Thus: - About the role: Position Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of responsibilities. - Requirements: list of required qualifications, training, other. - Skills: list of preferred qualifications (skills/competencies). - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: paragraph with salary range. We should not include Schedule. Now we need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the exact phrasing? We can keep the content but can rephrase slightly as long as we preserve meaning. Safer to copy sentences. We'll produce HTML:

    About the role

At Caris, we understand that cancer is an ugly word—a word no one wants to hear, but one that connects us all. That’s why we’re not just transforming cancer care—we’re changing lives. We introduced precision medicine to the world and built an industry around the idea that every patient deserves answers as unique as their DNA. Backed by cutting-edge molecular science and AI, we ask ourselves every day: “What would I do if this patient were my mom?” That question drives everything we do. But our mission doesn’t stop with cancer. We're pushing the frontiers of medicine and leading a revolution in healthcare—driven by innovation, compassion, and purpose. Join us in our mission to improve the human condition across multiple diseases. If you're passionate about meaningful work and want to be part of something bigger than yourself, Caris is where your impact begins. Position Summary The Director - Molecular Science Liaisons will establish and lead a team of Molecular Science Liaisons. MSL's are responsible for communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients, such as physicians, scientists, and other interested parties. This communication primarily involves face-to-face discussions with customers, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the field of oncology.

But note we already have the introductory paragraph before Position Summary. That is part of About the role. We'll keep it. Now Responsibilities: we need to list each responsibility as
  • . The responsibilities are a long paragraph with many items separated by periods. We need to split into list items. Let's extract: - Day to day team management of the MSL team. - Providing recommendations on national staffing plans. - Creation and coordination of the training and enablement plan to ensure MSL's have the most up-to-date information and education regarding the company's technology. - Tracking of MSL activity and customer interactions. - Ensure that each MSL could successfully perform the following responsibilities: - Act as a conduit of information/feedback between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences regarding current products and the needs of the medical community to enhance patient care, new research developments, clinical trial activities and therapeutic approaches. - Conduct medical and scientific education and support for the field organization in an effort to increase Caris Life Sciences presence and market awareness. - Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences within an assigned region or nationally, as required by Sales, Caris Precision Oncology Alliance (POA) Team, and Marketing. - Attend POA/Commercial pitch meetings and other important relationship development onsite meetings. - Promote CMI to physician sites across the United States, as required by Sales, POA, and Marketing initiatives. - Support and present at molecular tumor board meetings. - Read and understand the scientific and technical literature in order to maintain knowledge of the therapeutic oncology field for customer engagement. - Assists with other related duties and special projects as required by sales, POA, and marketing. - Assist in field training contracted speakers as part of the Caris Speaker's Bureau. - Function as a field trainer of assigned region to provide an extension of our Director of Training. - Regional speaking engagements (Roundtables, Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards, etc.) with physicians to broaden CMI understanding clinically. - Attend select regional tradeshows, national tradeshows and participate in sales meetings to present relevant data necessary to promote CMI and educate clients in the marketplace. - Commercial input/review of marketing material to reflect current molecular landscape. We need to decide whether to keep the nested list. Could flatten: each bullet as
  • . The "Ensure that each MSL could successfully perform the following responsibilities:" is a heading; we could treat as a
  • then sublist? But we cannot have nested
      inside
    • ? Actually we can, but it's okay. Simpler: make each responsibility a top-level
    • . We'll include the "Ensure that each MSL could successfully perform the following responsibilities:" as a
    • then sublist? Might be messy. Better to treat that line as a
    • and then the sub-items as separate
    • as well (makes duplication). But we can incorporate the meaning: we can just list all the specific responsibilities, ignoring the introductory sentence. However we must preserve all substantive information; dropping that sentence might be considered losing detail. But the sentence is basically a header for the list; we could keep it as a

before the list. That's allowed: we can have

      for prose then

      • for list. So we can have a

"Ensure that each MSL could successfully perform the following responsibilities:" then a

with the sub-items. Similarly earlier bullet points (Day to day team management etc.) are separate responsibilities. Thus Responsibilities section:

As Director, this individual would be responsible for management activities such as, but not limited to:

          then
with the first four bullets (Day to day team management..., Providing recommendations..., Creation and coordination..., Tracking...). Then

Ensure that each MSL could successfully perform the following responsibilities:

            then
with the sub-items. Now Requirements section: include required qualifications, required training, other (driver's license, travel). We'll make a
. Required Qualifications: Ph.D., PharmD, or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology or equivalent training and experience required. 3+ years of management experience. Required Training: All job specific, safety, and compliance training are assigned based on the job functions associated with this employee. with each item as
                • . Need to keep the phrasing exactly as in posting. Let's copy each: - Prior
