Join Sodexo Live's Project Management and Mobilization team in a high-impact role supporting the launch and transition of newly won business. This position will lead project management efforts across multiple departments ensuring new accounts are successfully mobilized and positioned for long-term success. The role is FULLY REMOTE with approximately 75% travel.

This position coordinates deployment efforts, partners with operational and commercial teams, and ensures openings deliver financial performance, operational readiness, and long-term client success. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years management experience
- 7 years related experience
Pay
$134,640 per year - $209,110 per year. Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
