Director, Medical Science Liaison (Dallas, AR, LA, OK, MS)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals
• Communicate clinical and scientific data through presentations and discussions
• Synthesize and relay insights from KOL interactions to internal teams
• Provide scientific support for events such as medical congresses and advisory boards
• Establish credibility as a scientific expert for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute medical strategies
• Stay updated on scientific literature and competitive landscape

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline
• 8+ years of experience as an MSL or in a similar role in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• 3+ years of experience specifically in lung cancer disease state
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes
• Demonstrated expertise in oncology therapeutics and related scientific discourse
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize scientific information effectively
• Proficient presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data to diverse audiences
• Established networking capabilities with KOLs and healthcare professionals
• Self-directed with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time

Pay

$236,000 – $259,000 annually
