Director Medical Imaging Froedtert Hospital West Bend and Menomonee Falls
Job Summary
Responsible for the clinical exam quality and operational results of Medical Imaging at Community Memorial Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital. Plans and directs the administrative functions and oversees the implementation of effective staffing, scheduling, quality metrics and engagement scores. Develops new programs and services in collaboration with system-wide executive and medical leadership.
Experience Description
- Five to ten years demonstrated experience including supervision & management is required.
- Radiology Experience Is Preferred.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Master's degree in related field of business, health care profession or health care administration is preferred.

- Strong leadership traits/abilities, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills are required to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

The pay range for this position is determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may vary based on qualifications and experience.
