Director, Media, Social Engagement & Industry Analyst Relations

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global media and social engagement strategy to enhance messaging and campaign effectiveness
• Oversee industry analyst relations, facilitating briefings and maintaining key relationships
• Foster connections with top analysts and research firms to elevate the company’s positioning
• Create proactive media strategies to secure coverage in leading publications
• Support executive communications, developing briefings and thought leadership materials
• Guide social media strategies to ensure alignment with broader communication efforts
• Measure and report on engagement and impact across platforms

Qualifications

• 15+ years in corporate communications or related roles, ideally in enterprise software or IT
• Strong connections with top research firms like Gartner and Forrester
• Experience leading analyst evaluations like Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT markets, especially regarding observability and AIOps
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with an ability to distill complex topics into engaging content

Pay

$220,000 – $280,000 annually
