Director, MarTech Product Excellence and Operations

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Director of MarTech Product Excellence and Operations. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a life sciences environment.

About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive product management excellence across MarTech portfolio
• Shape and execute product management maturity roadmap
• Establish and measure KPIs and metrics for performance improvement
• Champion best practices in product discovery and launch
• Lead portfolio governance for prioritization and accountability
• Partner with teams to align strategy and execution priorities
• Develop executive dashboards for transparency and decision-making
• Support planning, budgeting, and portfolio optimization initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in MarTech product management or related fields
• Expertise in product lifecycle management from discovery to optimization
• Proven success in advancing MarTech product management maturity
• Strong communication skills with a notable executive presence
• Experience collaborating with external consultants and strategic partners
• Analytical and data-driven mindset for actionable insights

Pay

$185,500 – $344,500 annually
