For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Director of MarTech Product Excellence and Operations. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a life sciences environment.
About the role
You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive product management excellence across MarTech portfolio
- Shape and execute product management maturity roadmap
- Establish and measure KPIs and metrics for performance improvement
- Champion best practices in product discovery and launch
- Lead portfolio governance for prioritization and accountability
- Partner with teams to align strategy and execution priorities
- Develop executive dashboards for transparency and decision-making
- Support planning, budgeting, and portfolio optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in MarTech product management or related fields
- Expertise in product lifecycle management from discovery to optimization
- Proven success in advancing MarTech product management maturity
- Strong communication skills with a notable executive presence
- Experience collaborating with external consultants and strategic partners
- Analytical and data-driven mindset for actionable insights

Pay
$185,500 – $344,500 annually
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
