Director, Marketplace Fraud & Risk Operations
About The Team
Turo is the world's largest car sharing marketplace, connecting a vibrant community of hosts and guests across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and France. As we scale into new markets and invest in the next generation of our platform, the teams that protect it matter more than ever. The Marketplace Risk group sits within our global Trust and Safety organization and is central to keeping Turo safe, resilient, and trusted. The group owns Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks — preventing payment fraud, protecting identity and account security, improving chargeback outcomes, and reducing vehicle theft risk at scale. We monitor complex fraud patterns, protect billions in transaction value, and deliver the operational and analytical strength a global marketplace demands.
