About the role

The Role at a Glance: As the Director, Marketing Enablement, you will lead the advancement of Workplace Solutions' marketing operations capabilities, driving the adoption, testing, and implementation of AI, automation, and marketing technology solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business impact. You will partner closely with enterprise marketing partners and the Workplace Solutions Marketing Technology team. You will also partner with Marketing strategy teams to identify and prioritize use cases for enterprise-approved AI and automation tools, ensuring alignment to business objectives, and accelerate the adoption of innovative ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Leads multidisciplinary team of marketing operations team members, including design and editorial
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new creative operations marketing approaches which enhance and maintain speed to market goals
  • Guides resources to ensure that complex marketing collateral content is accurate, relevant, and consistent which optimizes market awareness of Lincoln's products and/or services
  • Builts relationships and partners with internal stakeholders to elicit and capture complex marketing business goals and ensure all marketing collaterals and processes are in alignment with the business goals and objectives
  • Develops and provides complex performance metrics and benchmarks to track and assess the effectiveness of team’s marketing plans/collateral material to management and/or appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Manages and oversees complex creative operations marketing projects from inception to execution including but not limited to: project planning, resource planning, change management and communications planning, managing changes to the project scope
  • Ensures team’s marketing material complies with all applicable regulatory requirements and is consistent with Lincoln editorial and branding standards
  • Trains team on content strategy development and writing a "'customer first" approach
  • Evolves creative workflows to reduce manual efforts and repetitive production tasks, enabling greater focus on strategic, high-value creative work
  • Builds team capability in enterprise-approved AI-enabled creative development, ensuring responsible, effective use of enterprise-approved tools
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and process redesign, driving measurable productivity gains
  • Maintains close collaboration with Corporate Marketing and WPS Marketing counterparts to ensure in creative direction, messaging frameworks, and campaign execution approaches

Requirements

  • 7+ Years experience in Marketing that aligns with the specific responsibilities
  • 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • Experience leading large-scale process improvement or workflow optimization initiatives, as well as experience implementing or driving adoption of marketing technology, automation, and AI tools
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, workflow management, governance, and process design

Qualifications

  • Nice-to-haves: Experience in Marketing project management platforms (Workfront, etc.) Experience with AI-enabled productivity, creative, or automation tools

Pay

The pay range for this position is $106,875 - $171,000 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.

Schedule

Work Arrangement: Hybrid : Employee will work 3 days a week in a Lincoln office
