The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and structure it according to the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / Position Summary - there's a "Position Summary" section 2. Responsibilities - there's "Job Responsibilities" with subsections 3. Requirements / Qualifications - "Minimum Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" 4. Benefits - there's a benefits paragraph 5. Pay - there's salary range information 4. Schedule - not explicitly mentioned The job title is "Director-Marketing" but I should not repeat it as a heading since the page already shows it. Job ID: 1168113_RR00125771 - should fold into a short

or drop it. I'll include it in a brief meta paragraph. Now, let me structure the HTML: - Start with a brief meta paragraph for Job ID - Position Summary as

About the role

with

content - Responsibilities: The "Job Responsibilities" has multiple subsections: Strategic Marketing Planning, Execution & Tactics, Collaboration & Influence, Operational Excellence. I'll combine these into one Responsibilities section with a list of duties, or perhaps keep the subsections as sub-lists? The rule says use

  • for any list of duties. I think I should create a list of the main responsibility areas, each with sub-items. But the rule says "use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". I can make a list where each top-level item is a responsibility area, and maybe include the bullet points as nested lists? However, the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe I'll create a Responsibilities section with a list of the key responsibilities, grouping the sub-points. Looking at the content, there are many bullet points under each subsection. I'll create a
for each major responsibility area, with nested
for the specific duties. But the rule doesn't forbid nested lists. However, to keep it simple, I could flatten them into a single list of responsibilities, but that would be long. Better to keep the structure: use

          for Responsibilities, then maybe

for subsections? But the rule says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't mention

. So I should not use

          . I'll keep only

for main sections. For subsections, I can use or just include them as list items with bold text. I'll structure Responsibilities as a list where each item is a major area, and include the sub-points as a nested list. That's valid HTML. Similarly for Qualifications: Minimum and Preferred. I'll create a Requirements section with two sub-lists. Benefits: there's a paragraph describing benefits. I'll put that in a Benefits section with

. Pay: salary range given. I'll create a Pay section with

. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. Now, remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions, "View Know Your Rights", "To view the Pay Transparency Notice", etc. Also remove duplicated lines: The job ID appears twice at top. I'll include once. Now, write the HTML fragment. Let me draft:
