Director, Marketing - Allergy & Lens Care

About the role

The successful candidate will lead marketing efforts for the Allergy and Contact Lens Care portfolios within the US Vision Care Product Marketing & Management team. This role is based in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Leads Integrated Business Planning and Long-Range Strategic Planning processes, setting and aligning goals, target audiences, portfolio funding needs, and operational/executional plans.
• Guides, coaches, and supports a multi-level team of high-performance marketers to ensure they meet or exceed their development and business objectives.
• Manages budget and resources to maximize efficiency and measure ROI/investment contribution to growth.
• Pairs with Strategy & Insights team to track key metrics, identify strategic and tactical optimizations.
• Leverages strong communication skills to present plans and performance to senior leadership.
• Uses analytical skills, financial acumen, and intellectual curiosity to leverage data and dashboards for decision-making.
• Develops a deep understanding of market, industry, and customer/consumer dynamics.
• Collaborates with Strategy & Insights team to develop and align learning plans, insight identification, and insight translation to business-driving actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• 6 years of demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• CPG and/or Consumer Healthcare Marketing experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in analytical skills, financial acumen, and intellectual curiosity.
