- Market Development & Growth Strategy: Expand Harris' presence within target markets, geographic regions, and strategic accounts; support entry into new industry segments and emerging markets; partner with Marketing to position Harris as a leader in industrialized & modular MEP systems; educate customers and industry stakeholders on the value of manufacturing‑driven delivery.
- Product & Market Intelligence: Gather customer and market intelligence to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats; provide market feedback to division and executive leadership to support product strategy, roadmaps, and future offerings; identify opportunities for new products, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with division and executive leadership, manufacturing product estimators, manufacturing, construction, and service/building‑automation operations, product engineering, mechanical engineering & detailing, supply chain & purchasing, and strategic partners and suppliers.
