Director, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness for an assigned U.S. growth project supporting bioconjugate manufacturing
• Develop and execute a comprehensive operations readiness roadmap
• Define the manufacturing organization and staffing plans for the project
• Serve as the primary Operations representative during facility design and process reviews
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to ensure operational integration in project execution
• Establish processes ensuring GMP compliance and long-term manufacturing reliability
• Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with project execution

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline preferred
• 12+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated experience leading CDMO manufacturing operations and technology transfers
• Significant experience in bioconjugate drug substance manufacturing, including scale-up and validation
• Strong knowledge of GMP operations and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven success in leading large, cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay

$198,900 – $232,050 annually
