Director/Manager of Co-Occurring Services

About the role

Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Manager of Co-Occurring Services. This position supports the Co-Occurring Recovery Program across Crestwood and provides support with assessment of person served Co-Occurring recovery program needs, assesses, and provides written evaluations of assigned campus programs. The role also provides guidance in developing policies, procedures, and works with the interdisciplinary teams supporting the Co-Occurring programs.

Job Duties

• Supports the Co-Occurring Recovery Program across Crestwood.
• Supports assessment of person served Co-Occurring recovery program needs.
• Provides written evaluations of assigned campus programs.
• Guides in developing policies, procedures, and works with interdisciplinary teams supporting the Co-Occurring programs.

Qualifications

• 75% travel.
• A substance abuse certification level 2 or 3, the certification must be from a program recognized by a California certifying body (e.g., CCAPP, CAADE).
• Minimum of five (5) years of full-time or equivalent experience working with clients who experience both mental health and substance use challenges.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $110,000 USD
