Responsibilities
- Structure and lead complex consulting projects alongside Managing Directors
- Lead analytical workstreams to develop tailored insights and high-quality outputs
- Refined and validate hypotheses with senior colleagues and clients
- Manage and coach case teams, planning and delegating effectively
- Build consensus around client outcomes using data to support decisions
- Support business development activities including proposal drafting and pitch attendance
- Liaise daily with senior clients, understanding priorities and building strong relationships
- Deliver engaging client presentations with clarity and confidence
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy or management consulting
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative field; postgraduate preferred
- Advisory experience focused on Technology and/or Services businesses
- Experience with private equity firms or PE-backed companies is highly desirable
- Prominent track record of leading client engagement, demonstrating teamwork and leadership
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages a plus

$250,000 – $295,000 annually
