About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and lead complex consulting projects in collaboration with a Managing Director
  • Apply consulting skills to develop tailored client insights and high-quality written output
  • Manage and coach case teams, planning and delegating work effectively
  • Build consensus around client outcomes using data and analysis
  • Support business development activities including identifying new opportunities and drafting proposals
  • Serve as a liaison for senior clients, understanding their priorities and escalating concerns as needed
  • Lead client presentations, communicating outputs effectively and engagingly

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy or management consulting, leading significant strategic programs
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative field; postgraduate degree preferred
  • Experience with Technology and/or Services businesses on various strategic initiatives
  • Desirable experience with private equity firms or PE-backed companies
  • Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities in consulting engagements
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset with adaptability to new challenges

Pay

$250,000 – $295,000 annually
