Director, Managed Services (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Managed Services (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leadership role will oversee the delivery and operational performance of a distributed managed services organization. The Director will drive staffing, service consistency, process discipline, and team development while partnering across the business to support profitability and strong client outcomes. The position will also focus on ensuring operational accountability, clear KPIs, and continuous improvement across a multi-tenant service environment.
