Director, Mainstreet Finance
Overview
The Director, Mainstreet Finance role at Capital One is seeking a culture-led, results-driven, and strategic leader who can lead a team of financial analysts. This individual will work directly with the Card (Business) Leadership Team, the Card Finance Leadership Team, and key senior leaders across Finance disciplines including Corporate Planning, Accounting, Balance Sheet & Capital Planning, and Corporate Development.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- At least 10 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or a combination
- At least 4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
- At least 3 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- 12+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or a combination
- 5+ years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
- 4+ years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reports
Location and Salary Range
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- Mclean, VA: $206,000 - $235,100 for Director, Financial Management
