Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical strategy for the Search & Recommendations platform
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of software and machine learning engineers
- Deliver a cohesive Search & Recommendations platform for client and talent interactions
- Modernize legacy search infrastructure to improve scalability and maintainability
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to align product roadmaps with business outcomes
- Champion engineering excellence in system reliability and responsible AI practices
- Establish metrics and operating rhythms to track platform health and engineering effectiveness
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in engineering leadership roles, especially in search or recommendation systems
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, data pipelines, and search architecture
- Experience with modern machine learning infrastructure is essential
- Promised ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strategic relationships with stakeholders
- Strong understanding of AI-native workflows and their impact on engineering practices
