Director Litigation Attorney

About the role

The litigation attorney will defend the company and litigate various types of cases in both state and federal court, as well as arbitrations and small claims matters. This includes conducting various aspects of litigation functions. The purpose of this position is to reduce the amount of cases referred to outside counsel in order to effectuate cost savings to the company.
