Responsibilities

  • Create and implement licensing growth strategies aligned with brand vision
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with licensees
  • Lead a small team in charge of multiple categories and partnerships
  • Assess business performance and adapt strategies as needed
  • Manage licensing project processes from concept to launch
  • Oversee financial performance, including royalty revenue and forecasting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • 10+ years in merchandising, product development, or brand management, focusing on licensed products
  • Exceptional financial fluency, including understanding P&L and negotiating royalties
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
