Responsibilities
- Create and implement licensing growth strategies aligned with brand vision
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with licensees
- Lead a small team in charge of multiple categories and partnerships
- Assess business performance and adapt strategies as needed
- Manage licensing project processes from concept to launch
- Oversee financial performance, including royalty revenue and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- 10+ years in merchandising, product development, or brand management, focusing on licensed products
- Exceptional financial fluency, including understanding P&L and negotiating royalties
- Strong leadership experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
