We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: Location: Remote (Midwest required / occasional travel within Midwest) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Duration: 6 Months Contract with Opportunity for Permanent Employment (target salary 150-175K base pay) Position Overview: paragraph. Key Responsibilities: bullet list. Required Qualifications: bullet list. Preferred Qualifications: bullet list. Tools & Technologies: bullet list (beneficial). Soft Skills: bullet list. Travel: paragraph. Ideal Candidate: paragraph. Desired Skills and Experience: bullet list (same as Tools & Technologies? Actually repeats). Benefits Information: paragraph about benefits. Pay: target salary 150-175K base pay (in Duration line). Also maybe mention salary range. Schedule: Not specified. No explicit schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states it. It does not. So omit. Benefits: we have Benefits Information paragraph. So include Benefits section. Pay: we have target salary 150-175K base pay. So include Pay section. Schedule: none, omit. About the role: we can use Position Overview as About the role. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities. Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? But we need separate sections: Requirements and Qualifications. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content. We have Required Qualifications (must-have) and Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have). Could treat Required as Requirements, Preferred as Qualifications? Or Qualifications could be both required and preferred? Usually Qualifications includes both required and preferred. But we have separate headings; we can put Required Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Or we could put both under Qualifications and leave Requirements empty? But we must not emit heading with filler. So we need actual content for each heading we include. Thus: - About the role: Position Overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list. - Requirements: Required Qualifications list. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list. - Skills: Tools & Technologies list + Soft Skills list + Desired Skills and Experience (which repeats tools). Could combine into Skills section. - Benefits: Benefits Information paragraph. - Pay: target salary line. - Schedule: omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, legal, company profile, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove "Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "California residents..." etc. Also remove "If you would like to complete our voluntary self-identification form..." etc. Also remove "Company Profile:" etc. Also remove "Learn more about Beacon Hill..." etc. Also remove "Benefits Information:" but we keep the substantive benefit description (medical, dental, vision, federal and state leave programs). That's substantive. We must preserve all substantive information: location, employment type, duration, salary, position overview, responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, tools & technologies, soft skills, travel, ideal candidate, desired skills and experience (which repeats tools), benefits. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact bullet points? We can keep them as list items preserving content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

Pay

Target salary 150-175K base pay.

We also need to include location, employment type, duration maybe in About the role or separate? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. We have location, employment type, duration info. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph or maybe a separate section like "Job Details". But not in prescribed headings. Could add a short paragraph after About the role? The headings list does not include "Job Details". But we could incorporate location etc into About the role paragraph. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can add a short paragraph after About the role? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It implies we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but better to stick to those. We can include location, employment type, duration within About the role paragraph. Let's edit About the role paragraph to include: Location: Remote (Midwest required / occasional travel within Midwest). Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire. Duration: 6 Months Contract with Opportunity for Permanent Employment (target salary 150-175K base pay). But we already have Pay section separate; we could mention salary there. To avoid duplication, maybe mention location and employment type in About the role, and keep Pay separate. Thus About the role paragraph: "We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Planning Manager to lead the development and maturation of an enterprise-wide Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program for a large, multi-site organization. This is a highly visible role responsible for assessing organizational resilience, identifying critical business functions, facilitating Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), and developing continuity strategies that support ongoing operations during business disruptions. The ideal candidate has successfully built or significantly enhanced a Business Continuity program and is comfortable operating as an independent leader while partnering with stakeholders across business and technology teams. This position offers the opportunity to establish governance, define recovery priorities, lead continuity planning efforts, and help create a resilient operational framework across a complex enterprise environment. Location: Remote (Midwest required / occasional travel within Midwest). Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire. Duration: 6 Months Contract with Opportunity for Permanent Employment." But we already have Pay section for salary. So we can omit salary from About the role. Now check duplication: We have Skills section includes tools & technologies and soft skills. Also we have Qualifications section includes preferred qualifications (industry experience, BCM platforms, third-party risk, enterprise resilience). That's fine. We must ensure we didn't include boilerplate like "Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. We removed. Check that we preserved all substantive info: location, employment type, duration, position overview, responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, tools & technologies, soft skills, travel (we haven't included travel explicitly). Travel info: "Primarily remote position Limited travel required based on business needs Travel may include stakeholder meetings, operational assessments, workshops, and Business Impact Analysis sessions". We need to preserve that. Where to put? Could add a short paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in headings list. Could add a paragraph after About the role? But we must not create new headings unless needed. Could incorporate travel into About the role paragraph as well. Add travel sentence: "Primarily remote position with limited travel required based on business needs, including stakeholder meetings, operational assessments, workshops, and Business Impact Analysis sessions." Add to About the role paragraph. Also we have "Ideal Candidate" paragraph and "Desired Skills and Experience" bullet list (which repeats tools). We have not included Ideal Candidate paragraph nor Desired Skills and Experience. We need to preserve that substantive info. Ideal Candidate paragraph: "The ideal candidate is a seasoned Business Continuity professional who has successfully established continuity programs
