Director, Learning Experience Design Math

Responsibilities

• Set a high benchmark for creativity and usability in math learning products
• Drive development of engaging instructional artifacts based on learning science
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine products based on user feedback
• Coach team in creating gamified student and teacher-directed learning resources
• Establish frameworks for content creation and gather feedback effectively
• Manage and inspire team members, fostering an inclusive and innovative culture

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning experience design or educational content development
• 3+ years leading or managing teams in fast-paced product development
• 3+ years K-12 classroom teaching experience or equivalent
• Strong data-driven analytical experience for product design
• Proven track record of engaging interactive digital learning experiences
• Deep knowledge of national/state academic standards and K-12 competitive landscape
• Experience designing specifically for digital platforms

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
