Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy across multiple teams
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize development
- Ensure integration of learning strategies across brands with customization where needed
- Promote a culture of continuous learning across operational environments
- Lead and grow a high-performing L&D team
- Design and deliver diverse learning solutions to enhance operational excellence
- Evaluate learning programs for effectiveness and continuously improve them
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- 7+ years of learning and development experience in fast-paced environments
- 5+ years in leadership roles within L&D professional teams
- Strong grasp of adult learning theory and principles
- Knowledge of dentistry service organizations (DSOs) or similar medical fields is a plus
- Expertise in digital and blended learning strategies
- Proficiency in data analytics for learning measurement
