Director, Leader Readiness and Change Communications

About the Role

Leads communication strategies that prepare leaders and employees for organizational change by equipping managers with the information, tools, and resources needed to successfully lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Develops leader communication and cascade strategies.
• Creates manager toolkits, talking points, FAQs, and communication resources.
• Develops readiness communication plans for enterprise initiatives.
• Partners with HR, Culture, and transformation leaders to support organizational readiness.
• Designs listening strategies and employee feedback mechanisms.
• Monitors employee sentiment and recommends communication adjustments.
• Supports executive presentations and leadership messaging.
• Measures effectiveness of readiness communications.
• Ensures consistency across leader communications.
• Supports enterprise governance for change communications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field required.
• 7+ years of internal, leadership, or change communications experience required.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, building executive relationships, managing multiple priorities, and communicating complex business topics to diverse audiences preferred.

Schedule

This position is 100% remote with up to 10% travel required as needed.

Pay

Pay Range: $118,400.00 - $219,000.00 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
