Director, Kanbrick Community

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business owners and leaders who share our values and long-term orientation through direct outreach, events, referrals, and community-based activities.
• Initiate thoughtful conversations and explore avenues for Kanbrick to add value to founders and CEOs.
• Help founders and CEOs be more successful by sharing content, making introductions, and participating in community programs like Business Builders, Build with Kanbrick, and the CEO Circle.
• Collaborate with the Investing, Community, and Value Creation teams to deepen alignment and bring prospective partners into the Kanbrick ecosystem early.
• Engage with prospective partners before any formal process begins, exploring how we partner with builders and sharing our story with clarity and heart.
• Maintain a defined system to manage relationships, track notes and follow-ups, and build compelling and engaging messaging that resonates with CEOs and owners.

Requirements

• A passion for building deep, long-term relationships.
• Energized by finding ways to connect with founders and CEOs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - natural networker and experienced storyteller who earns trust quickly and enjoys spending time with founders and CEOs.
• Strategic and organized, with an entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality.
• Ability to craft and test compelling messaging that resonates with owners and find ways to engage in thoughtful and relevant ways.
• Alignment with Kanbrick's mission, values, and long-term builder mindset.
