Lead Cross-Functionally
You’ll succeed alongside the Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to advocate for the features and tools that elevate the jewelry-buying journey.
Qualifications
- Expertise: 8+ years in category/inventory management within luxury e-commerce, auction houses, or the jewelry industry.
- Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with marketplace KPIs and use data to tell a story and drive decisions.
- Product Knowledge: A deep, "insider" understanding of fine, vintage, and designer jewelry.
- Influence: The ability to move complex initiatives forward by influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, you can speak "luxury" to a dealer and "data" to an executive.
Skills
- Gemology credentials (GIA or similar).
- Experience in the luxury resale or auction market.
- A genuine passion for design, craftsmanship, and the stories behind extraordinary objects.
Benefits
- Total Compensation Package: Includes base compensation, variable compensation (equity or cash), and health and work-life benefits.
- Pay Range: Tri-State Pay Range $132,000—$148,500 USD.
