Brief Description As the Director of ITAD Partnerships, you will grow PCS' ITAD business by building partnerships with other ITAD companies and turning peer operators, brokers, and trade partners into durable, recurring sources of inventory and revenue. You will own this vertical end to end, with full P&L responsibility. The best partnerships compound. What begins as a single purchase or a services arrangement should, over time, become a recurring supply stream, then a co-investment or joint venture, and in some cases an acquisition. Supply is the biggest constraint on the ITAD business and the partner network is how you will solve for it. Your job is to find the partners worth building with and to keep moving each one up that ladder. The best of these relationships will run in both directions. The right ITAD partners will fill gaps for PCS (e.g. supply, local presence and operating capabilities we do not yet have) while PCS, in turn, will fill gaps that span across global remarketing reach, capital availability, processing capacity, certified data destruction, and industry-leading payment speed. You will find those partners and you will structure relationships where both sides find durable business benefits. Across peer ITADs you will operate four primary commercial modes with the same set of counterparties: (1) buying inventory they cannot fully monetize, (2) processing and remarketing on their behalf under fee-for-service or revenue-share terms, (3) funding large deals they cannot absorb on their own balance sheet, and (4) structuring the strategic partnerships and joint ventures that create durable supply. In every commercial mode, you will lead with the global resale network spanning 85+ countries, the R2v3- and ISO-certified processing, and the ADISA-certified data clearing and chain-of-custody reporting. You will report directly to the Global Head of IT Asset Recovery.
