Director - IT Store Applications

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for all applications supporting stores, store operations and field organization.
• Align IT strategy with enterprise priorities, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value and support long-term scalability.
• Evaluate and implement modern technologies and platforms that simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards for quality and security.
• Serve as a strategic technology partner to senior leaders across store operations and field leadership.
• Foster strong relationships with functional leaders to ensure alignment between IT delivery and business priorities.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions that enable productivity, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

Position Requirements

• Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week
• On Call Support

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years of managing large, cross-functional teams or projects in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, inventory, supply chain).
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to positively influence key stakeholders and senior level leadership.
• Ability in developing, presenting and communicating technical concepts to varying audiences.
• Possesses a high amount of sense of urgency as well as the ability to motivate a team towards achieving results in a dynamic environment.
• Trinity POS, RMS, Workday and Lawson knowledge highly preferred.

“Projected Salary Range: $172,000 - $193,500”.
