Responsibilities
- Provide best in class and versatile security services to the enterprises.
- Guide and oversee the services the team provides.
- Mature and optimize while driving the team toward excellence in engineering, innovation, and implementation of best-in-class security solutions.
- Bring the best of security solutions to protect DTCC assets and systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of critical IAM shared services, working with the IAM leadership and engineering teams.
- Partner with business, security, engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams to design and deliver scalable identity solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies, vendor solutions, and architectural approaches to strengthen DTCC's identity security posture.
- Collaborate with Agile teams in backlog refinement, iteration planning, solution design reviews, and technical governance activities.
- Drive compliance, audit readiness, and control effectiveness by partnering with risk, regulatory, and security stakeholders.
- Represent the IGA and PAM domains in enterprise architecture discussions, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.

Pay and Schedule
- Flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
