Director - IT, Insights and Analytics
Job Summary
The Director, IT - Analytics and Insights is a senior technology and business leader responsible for defining and executing the enterprise data and analytics strategy. This role partners closely with the IT Leadership team and business/functional leaders to improve the capabilities and maturity of the organization in this space, driven by a data-centric culture.
Location
Hybrid, 2-3 days per week, Kohler, WI or Glendale, WI.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise data and analytics vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, aligned to business priorities and strategy.
- Translate analytics investments into measurable business outcomes, such as improved decision quality, efficiency gains, and increased organizational transparency.
- Revise and improve the scorecard/metrics for the area.
- Advocate for sustained investment in data and analytics through executive storytelling, demonstrated ROI, and “art of the possible” use cases.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise data and analytics platforms, architecture, and delivery roadmap.
- Own the end-to-end data and analytics vision, including data governance, architecture, integration, analytics platforms, and advanced analytics (including AI/ML).
- Ensure continuous improvement in analytics maturity and business enablement, adoption, and operational stability.
