Director, IT Delivery Governance & Portfolio Execution

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the FINSIGHT Major Release Management and Evergreen functions, ensuring end-to-end planning, governance, and execution across multiple platforms.
  • Lead and develop multiple IT teams, fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture while aligning delivery to broader organizational goals.
  • Drive enterprise-wide collaboration across Engineering, Product, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of business initiatives.
  • Establish and execute release governance frameworks, ensuring transparent communication of status, risks, mitigation strategies, and delivery progress to senior leadership.
  • Spearhead continuous improvement of IT delivery processes, tooling, and metrics to enhance efficiency, predictability, and overall portfolio outcomes.
  • Oversee technical debt remediation and security vulnerability management through the Evergreen model, aligning prioritization with release plans and risk reduction objectives.
  • Present portfolio updates, key risks, trade-offs, and mitigation strategies in senior-level forums to enable informed decision-making and prioritization.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to manage financial portfolio performance, leveraging metrics and data-driven insights to optimize investment allocation and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

Pay and Schedule

  • Flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
