Director, IT Portfolio Management

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, IT Portfolio Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee the prioritization and governance of the IT portfolio, ensuring technology investments are aligned with enterprise strategy and operational needs. You will partner closely with business leaders to balance budget, sequencing, and delivery across large-scale initiatives. The position also plays a key role in advancing organizational performance through clear metrics, disciplined planning, and executive-level communication.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $172,200 – $236,900 annually.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to align the IT portfolio with strategic goals
• Organize and prioritize IT projects based on budget and strategy
• Implement new programs and manage large-scale projects
• Drive organizational goals and improve performance metrics
• Provide input on strategic planning and direction

Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• 8+ years of technical experience
• 5+ years in management roles
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills for senior leaders
• Advanced experience leading special projects with metrics reporting
• Passion for improving consumer experiences
