About the role
Drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market strategy and growth targets for Mexico, the UK, and Canada
- Define market entry and scaling plans, presenting investment cases to leadership
- Build and lead a small team of regional marketers and agency partners
- Set the strategic direction for local marketing, sales, and partnerships
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Establish strategic partnerships to enhance credibility and pipeline
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to drive account targeting and pipeline coverage
- Adapt messaging and positioning for local markets
- Define success metrics for market maturity and reporting frameworks
- Run test-and-learn programs to optimize market strategies
- Manage budget allocation to ensure effective investment
- Develop scalable playbooks for future market entries
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus on international or new market leadership roles
- 3+ years managing teams and leading cross-functional groups
- Successful track record in building go-to-market strategies across international markets
- Experience translating market strategies into measurable outcomes like revenue and market share
- Ability to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals alongside senior leadership
- Strong skills in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
- Adaptable and comfortable in ambiguous environments, thriving in a startup-like setting

$156,000 – $215,000 annually
