Director, Intelligence and Information Operations
Role Overview
This position reports to the Vice President, Operations. The Global Rescue Intelligence Operations Department collects, analyzes, and distributes near real-time information to our members via a proprietary digital information distribution platform. The Director leads the department via Manager-led teams in New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Set the conditions for teams of intelligence analysts to collect, analyze, and distribute information pertinent to our membership base 24/7
- Integrate the intelligence operations department in a manner that supports the internal customers in the Medical and Security Operations Departments
- Ensure positive relationships are built with other internal customers of intelligence products: enterprise sales, consumer sales, IT, marketing, account management
- Understand and adhere to company financial requirements to include strict utilization of assigned budget
- Lead efforts in conjunction with IT and Marketing Departments for constant upgrades and modernization efforts for proprietary information distribution systems
- Guide and implement initiatives to leverage artificial intelligence assets to make Global Rescue’s intelligence products best in class
- Ensure all recurring country reports are updated and distributed in a timely manner
- Other Intelligence leadership duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 20+ years of service in an intelligence function in the US military
- 3-5 years of post-military job experience, with experience outside of government or defense industry preferred
- Previous experience leading large organizations
- Previous experience providing intelligence and information products to large, complex organizations
- Tech-savvy and able to interface daily with a large and sophisticated IT development team
- Prepared and willing to lead AI integration efforts in the department
- Prepared and willing to work closely with sales and marketing teams
- MBA preferred
- Strong English language skills, familiarity with a second language preferred
