Responsibilities

  • Manage one to three cases at a time
  • Organize case research and data analysis
  • Work closely with experts on a regular basis
  • Analyze complex databases and raw client data in Stata, R, and other programs
  • Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel for statistical analysis
  • Calculate cost and damages estimates
  • Research industries and companies using online and government resources
  • Prepare damages and forensic accounting reports
  • Prepare critique reports examining the conclusions of other experts
  • Communicate with clients and counsel
  • Manage day-to-day requirements of multiple engagements

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Economics, Business, or Public Policy (e.g., MBA, MA, PhD preferred)
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting, regulatory agencies, or corporate advisory roles
  • Proven experience in high-profile antitrust matters or economic analysis in merger and conduct cases
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex issues clearly to non-experts
  • Authorized to work in the US without future sponsorship
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with economic modeling or familiarity with quantitative tools used in damages analysis
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and bring in new cases

Pay

$200,000—$275,000 USD
