Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global IP litigation strategy to align with business goals
• Oversee and manage the global IP portfolio in line with business priorities
• Shape the international litigation approach for emerging IP issues
• Translate competitive IP landscapes into actionable strategies
• Serve as a subject matter expert on copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secrets matters
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal teams to safeguard IP and build the patent portfolio
• Make sound judgment calls and manage risks related to IP effectively

Qualifications

• JD with top academic credentials and an active U.S. state bar license
• 10+ years of experience in IP litigation, with a blend of big law and in-house roles
• Deep understanding of copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secrets law
• Proven leadership on diverse IP matters with collaborative skills across teams
• Demonstrated success navigating complex copyright litigation challenges
• Experience in patent litigation, licensing, and portfolio development, ideally in tech sectors
• Strong strategic thinking and risk assessment skills

Pay

$266,000 – $418,000 annually
