About the role

This is a hybrid position that requires in-person workdays weekly at our headquarters in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the relationship with Franchise Leadership Team in support of the insights lead
  • Drive insights agenda: Scope, lead, and deliver brand projects across core insights functions, including market research, forecasting support, competitive intelligence, brand analytics, and field analytics
  • Be a subject matter expert in different areas of Decision sciences such as forecasting, patient analytics, market research and behavioral science and disrupt the thinking and introspection brand performance
  • Deliver high quality ad hoc analyses to leadership that offer clear recommendations to drive brand strategy
  • Proactively provide actionable insights to key stakeholders for both short-term resource allocation decision and long-term strategy development
  • Collaborate with Advanced Analytics and Orchestration team and other Business Intelligence and Operations (BIO) teams to support initiatives to guide brand execution
  • Lead Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and provide commercial team with comprehensive performance, target audience, and market insights to support strategy & resource investment
  • Cultivate strong relationships and effective ways of working within MS Marketing team
  • Pursue novel research methodologies that offer new capabilities and ways to optimize project efficiency
  • Partner effectively with leadership to ensure that key business decisions are based on data/fact-based analysis
  • Drive innovation in analytics and business execution to have impact on business performance

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ relevant experience with a life sciences company or consulting firm supporting the healthcare industry
  • Consulting background strongly preferred
  • Rare Disease experience highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of commercial business and industry standard datasets – script (IQVIA, Symphony, etc.), Patient (Specialty Pharmacies/Distributors), and Managed Care (Symphony, etc.)
  • Masters Degree preferred
