Director, Integrated Business Planning

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Director, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to join our dynamic team. This role is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand cross-functional collaboration efforts. Key responsibilities include shaping IBP processes, leading a team, and integrating perspectives across finance, supply chain, operations, and regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage IBP process governance, particularly financial projection review and management business review steps.
• Develop metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Coach and develop IBP team members, including step owners and facilitators.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure clear, framed decisions with options and scenarios.
• Achieve tradeoffs and strategies to meet goals, and proactively communicate with key stakeholders.
• Implement S&OE framework and drive improvements, ensuring escalations are integrated into the IBP process.
• Communicate and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Regions to integrate perspectives into strategic analysis.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant financial or supply chain planning and process improvement experience, or an advanced degree with 8 years of experience. Managerial experience is required.

Qualifications

• Deep experience supporting IBP, SIOP, S&OP, and S&OE improvements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, change management, stakeholder engagement, and influence skills.
• Strong business acumen and experience in strategizing and implementing process improvement across a matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to interact with executive management and all levels of the organization.

$176,000.00 - $264,000.00 USD

Schedule
