Job Duties
- Provide Insurance Education and Support
- Deliver field-based case consultation, platform usage/navigation, and sales strategy support
- Create original content for IFG publications
- Maintain Minimum Activity Consulting and Pipeline Development Metrics
- Deliver Target/Above Insurance Growth Within Territory
- Maintain IFG Solution Knowledge and Sales Competency
- Provide Market and Competitive Feedback
Qualifications

- Desired Skills
Education and Experience:
- 10+ years in Insurance strategies, sales support, or practice management roles within the independent advisor marketplace.
- Deep understanding of Insurance solutions and their application in advisor practices, as well as competitive appreciation for same.
- Strong presentation, relationship management, and selling skills.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 or 63 and 65 required.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to translate Insurance solution features into practical, advisor-friendly applications.
- Self-driven ability to maintain a well-in-advance calendar of activities and advisor rotation.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Comfort with proposal tools, and financial planning software.
- Experience working with and presenting to diverse advisor business models.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Passionate about advisor growth, profitability and improving the advisor- client experience.
- Clear and persuasive written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
