Director, Inpatient Nursing, Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Direct activities and resources of the nursing unit to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve operational processes
• Develop strategic plans that align with organizational priorities
• Establish policies and procedures for safe patient care
• Manage and allocate resources to meet business objectives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed RN in California
• BLS certified as a Healthcare Provider
• 12 years of recent relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of nursing operations and workflows

• $224,889 – $359,819 annually
