About the role
This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership across inpatient units in women's and infants service line
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care aligned with patient-centered excellence
- Advance clinical quality and enhance patient experience
- Engage workforce and improve operational performance within maternal and women’s health services
- Develop and implement strategic plans supporting access, growth, and innovation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- California RN license required
- BLS certification required
- 12 years of recent relevant experience in nursing leadership
- Advanced knowledge of nursing operations and workflows
