We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, accommodation line? The accommodation line is part of posting but maybe considered EEO? It says "If you require any accommodations..." That's likely EEO/accommodation boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "At Iterative Health, we’re actively working towards creating an environment..." that's EEO/diversity statement; remove. Also remove "How We Work" maybe not a standard heading; but could be considered part of About the role? Might be considered culture; but we only include sections if they have real content. The posting includes "How We Work" bullet list; could be considered part of About the role or maybe a separate section like Culture. But only allowed headings are the listed ones. So we must map content to those headings. We need to extract: - About the role: maybe a brief summary: "Iterative Health is a healthcare technology and services company... The Director, IT will lead Iterative Health’s technology infrastructure, systems, security, and IT operations as the company continues to scale across its corporate and clinical research network. This role will be responsible for building a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment that enables employees to do their best work while supporting the operational needs of a growing healthcare technology and services organization." That's suitable for About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties: IT Strategy & Leadership bullet points, Infrastructure & IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Privacy & Compliance, Systems & Applications, Cross-Functional Partnership, Technology Integration & Expansion. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What You Bring" section includes requirements: 10+ years progressive IT experience, Bachelor's degree preferred, experience leading IT within high-growth healthcare etc., proven experience developing/executing enterprise IT strategy, strong understanding of infrastructure etc., experience managing IT budgets, vendors, building high-performing IT teams, ability to manage multiple priorities, understanding of IT governance, security, privacy, compliance, risk management, experience supporting distributed/multi-site orgs preferred, experience with M&A technology integration or organizational scaling strongly preferred, excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, pragmatic service-oriented leadership style. We need to decide which go to Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. Could combine but better to separate: Requirements: years of experience, degree preferred. Qualifications: experience leading IT in high-growth healthcare, proven experience developing/executing enterprise IT strategy, experience managing IT budgets, vendors, building high-performing IT teams, ability to manage multiple priorities, understanding of IT governance, security, privacy, compliance, risk management, experience supporting distributed/multi-site orgs preferred, experience with M&A technology integration or organizational scaling strongly preferred. Skills: excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, pragmatic service-oriented leadership style, strong understanding of infrastructure, SaaS applications, networking, endpoint management, identity and access management, cybersecurity. But we must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has substantive content. - Benefits: The posting lists benefits: Hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration two days per week in either our NYC, Boston and Southlake office; Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with up to 80% of premiums covered by Iterative Health; Mental health and wellness support through Spring Health; Health HSA or FSA options, and commuter FSA contributions supported by Iterative Health; Unlimited PTO, 12 company holidays, and a company-wide shutdown between Christmas and New Years; 401(k) program with a company match of up to 3% (up to $3,000 annually); Weekly in-office lunch benefit every Tuesday; 100% company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage; Annual wellness and professional development stipend to support your health and growth; And more! - Pay: "New York pay range: $150,000 USD - $200,000 USD" - Schedule: Not explicitly given besides hybrid work environment two days per week. That could be schedule: hybrid work, in-office two days per week. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. We must not include sections like "About the role" if we have content. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for each heading, then content: either

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not repeat job title. Ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO, accommodation line, diversity statement, "How We Work" (though some of that may be covered in Benefits? Actually "How We Work" includes collaborative low-ego team environment etc. That's not a standard heading; we could incorporate into About the role maybe? But we already have About the role description; we could add a sentence about culture. However "How We Work" bullet list includes: Collaborative and low-ego team environment, High ownership and accountability culture, Fast-paced and highly iterative growth environment, Open communication and continuous learning mindset, Mission-driven organization focused on improving patient outcomes, Comfortable navigating evolving business priorities and opportunities. This is more about culture; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section but not allowed. We'll incorporate into About the role as additional prose. We must not include the line about accommodations. Also not include the diversity statement. Now craft HTML. Structure:
