Director, Implementations

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes in the healthcare space. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all Implementation integration projects
• Provide monthly updates to IT and operations leaders
• Oversee the transition and close out of implementation projects
• Analyze clinical workflows and resolve issues post go live
• Coordinate post go live changes including HL7 adjustments and circuit installations
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot system problems
• Supervise cross-functional teams and guide IT Implementation teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare or Healthcare IT
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem analysis skills
• Ability to develop and teach training programs for clinical applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Deep understanding of workflows between EHR/EMR, PACS, and related applications

Pay

$140,000 – $160,000 annually
