- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Budgeting and Compliance
- Work closely with the Education and Training Director to monitor monthly budgets to drive conclusions about students, staffing, and the building.
- Forecast future needs and expenses to manage monthly and yearly budgets.
- Ensure all State and central office reporting requirements are completed in a timely manner.
- Follow central office procedures and requirements for various school functions.
- Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and authorized obligations of a school leader and special populations to ensure all students are being served.
Staffing, Evaluation, and Development
- Build an effective Excel Center team by promoting job opportunities, establishing a prospect network, interviewing applicants, and selecting qualified candidates for position openings.
- Utilizes staff evaluation and staff input to identify strengths and areas of improvement.
- Implements professional development, training, goal setting, and succession plans for all staff throughout the school year.
